Shipping policy

Unfortunately we can only ship to the billing address on the card used for payment, and we are not able to deliver to P.O. box or freight forwarder addresses.

We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on orders over £40 to the UK, countries within the European Union and some other countries. Due to handling costs on smaller orders a shipping charge of £8 will be applied to orders with a total value of £40 or less.

For delivery to the US or Canada, please place your order on our US shop at shop.pi-top.com, as we’re not able to ship to North America from our UK shop.

We aim to deliver your order within 5 to 7 working days. We’re currently experiencing severe delays on some orders being shipped to EU countries, due to Brexit-related customs problems.

Last dates for placing orders to be delivered before Christmas:

• For shipping to the UK, Belgium, France and Netherlands: order by 3pm on Tuesday 22nd of December
• For shipping to all other countries: 17th of December. You can choose to pay for expedited shipping at checkout at a cost of £20, in which case you can place your order up to 3pm GMT on Monday 21st of December.

We will add VAT/duty to your order during checkout if you are located in the UK or inside the European Union. Customers in other countries are responsible for paying any applicable import duty or local taxes.
