Order Cancellation

You can return your order, unused and in its original packaging, within 21 days of purchase for a refund.

Refunds

If a fault occurs within 30 days of purchasing, pi-top will offer either a replacement unit or a refund.

If a fault occurs within our guarantee period (12 months from delivery) we will either repair the product or offer a replacement. We reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

Refunds take 5-7 working days to be credited to your payment card.

Resellers

If you purchased your pi-top product from a reseller and are requesting a refund, you will need to go back to that reseller.

Proof of Purchase

Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice.
