This keynote was delivered at our Learning by Making reception, hosted by KHDA, by Sarah Adil Shaw, Head of Strategy Department at the Executive Office of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
We need to create continuous learners. We need to create individuals within our our communities and societies that adapt to whatever technologies are presented and represented and reinvented overtime. So learning is no longer finite. Education is something that has no end.
Sarah Adil Shaw is the Head of Strategy Department, Executive Office of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Sarah has 15 years' of experience in both public and private sectors within the UAE. Her passion is human capital development and societal cohesion. She specialises in strategy, programme management and learning and development.
We invited Sarah to talk at our Learning by Making reception in Dubai, hosted by KHDA. Sarah shared her reflections on our current education systems, why she believes life has become the classroom, and the need to see teachers not as knowledge or information providers but as experience curators.
We'll release a new talk recorded at our Learning by Making reception in Dubai over the next few weeks so stay tuned or subscribe to our YouTube channel.
